今年是第24個全國“安全生產(chǎn)月”，主題為“人人講安全，個個會應急”。為進一步強化員工消防安全意識，提升應急處置實戰(zhàn)能力，筑牢企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)防線，近日，龍合智能組織了2025年度消防安全實戰(zhàn)演練。我司總經(jīng)理林偉高度重視公司消防安全工作，親臨現(xiàn)場督導。同時，演練特邀高新區(qū)消防隊全程指導，通過專業(yè)講解與沉浸式實操，切實提高公司員工安全意識，保障公司安全。

本次演練緊扣“初期火災撲救”與“火勢蔓延控制”兩大關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)：

滅火器操作精講：消防員系統(tǒng)講解了“提、拔、握、壓”四步操作法，并重點強調(diào)了滅火時的站位選擇、風向判斷及噴射角度等實戰(zhàn)要點。

消防栓實戰(zhàn)演練：針對消防栓使用，消防員現(xiàn)場示范了水帶快速鋪設、接口緊密連接及水槍精準操控技巧，突出團隊協(xié)作的重要性。

全員沉浸式實操：參演員工分組進行了滅火器撲滅油盆火、消防栓水帶連接及模擬滅火等實戰(zhàn)訓練，確保每位參與者都能熟練掌握器材使用要領(lǐng)，將知識轉(zhuǎn)化為技能。

參訓員工反響熱烈，紛紛表示，通過親身參與實戰(zhàn)演練，不僅加深了對消防知識的理解，更顯著增強了應對突發(fā)火情的信心。此次培訓演練，為全體員工上了一堂生動的安全教育課，有效提升了消防安全意識和初期火災撲救能力，為公司的安全生產(chǎn)奠定了堅實基礎(chǔ)。

此次聯(lián)合演練以“理論講解 + 實操示范 + 實戰(zhàn)演練” 三維模式，讓安全意識深植每位職工心中，我司將持續(xù)加強消防安全管理，定期開展消防安全培訓和演練活動，不斷提升職工應急處置能力，為公司安全穩(wěn)定運行提供堅實保障。
